Free Ground Shipping

All orders over $750 qualify for free UPS ground freight within the lower 48 states. UPS ground freight shipping charges will be eliminated on orders over $750 after the checkout process is complete. Does not include turbochargers or turbocharger kits.

General shipping Policies

1. All orders will be shipped on UPS. Consequently, UPS shipping policies dictate pricing, handling, and any restrictions of product be shipped.
2. UPS regulations do not allow products to be shipped to a postal address.
3. UPS regulations do not allow flammable liquids such as fuel additives to be shipped air freight. These items must be sent UPS ground.

International Orders

1. Freight costs for products sent outside the United States may not be accurately calculated on the order. In this case, the customer will be contacted for confirmation of this charge.
2. We can only accept wired money transfers (bank account transfer) or payment through a verified PayPal account for orders placed out side of the US and Canada. Customers with international orders will be contacted, and a payment method will be arranged.
3. We can not ship to countries that the US government prohibits export to. To verify your countries shipping status use the link below.

4. International orders will only be shipped to the address assigned to the credit card.

Return Policy

1. All returns require prior approval and must be accompanied by a “Return Goods Authorization” (RGA) number.
2. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise.
3. RFI is not responsible for refund of freight charges.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned merchandise.
5. Electrical items such as glow plugs, sensors, and relays that have been installed can not be returned.
6. All parts must be in new condition and in the original container. If part has been installed on the vehicle or has been used in any way the part can not be returned.
