High Pressure Relief Valve for '04.5-'05 Duramax LLY Common Rail

This is the OEBosch pressure relief valve located in the driver's side fuel rail on the 2004.5 - 2007 Duramax LLY engine. This valve may open prematurely triggering the "Service Engine Light" and causing a "fuel rail PSI low" problem. Once this valve is weakened it deteriorates more. Replacing the valve with a new one is much safer than shimming it and taking your chances with the high pressures that this valve was designed to protect from.
