Rochester Fuel Injection provides a free “Core Return” shipping label!!

Core Return Policy

1. The customer is not charged for the core at the time you purchase the product. We only charge you if the old core is not returned within 30 days of purchase!
2. The core to be returned must be like for like, as is off the engine, not previously disassembled, not damaged by improper handling, fire, or water.
3. The core must be returned in the original product box. For example, a Bosch high pressure oil pump for a 7.3L Powerstroke comes in a Bosch box that the old core must be returned in.
4. We pay for return shipping on old cores for product sold within the lower 48 states by providing you with a “Core Return” label. We make core return as quick and painless as possible!
5. Only one “Core Return” label will be provided. If this label is lost it is the customer’s responsibility to return the core within the 30 day limit.

Core Return Process

1. After installing the new / rebuilt item, simply put OLD ITEM / UNIT back in the original shipping box. Please drain off oil or fuel if possible. Wrap in sturdy plastic bag if needed.
2. Please write the invoice number on the outside of the package to help us simplify identification.
3. Put the return service label over the original shipping label and drop off at your local UPS drop location.
